All rates are based on double occupancy.
For each additional person in the room, please add $25.
Room Rates include breakfast.
Cottage Rates do not include breakfast.
All rooms are non-smoking, we are a 100% non-smoking establishment.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
Pets are not allowed at the inn.
Pets are allowed at the Cottages.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 50% deposit or one night’s lodging at the time of the reservation, whichever is greater. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled greater than 14 days prior to arrival will have their deposit refunded, minus a $35 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable in full.
Off-Season Cancellation Policy
Spring 5/1/11-5/31/11 | Fall 10/1/11-10/31/11
The spring and fall seasons listed above are our off-seasons. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be non-refundable. All cancellations will be charged a $35 handling fee.
Hotel Cancellation Insurance
Due to our strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend the purchase of our room cancellation insurance to protect you should an emergency arise. The insurance covers loss of The Alpine House room deposit only and does not cover any other portion of a guests’ trip, such as flight, cars or any other expenses. The cost of the Hotel Insurance is $20 per night. Insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. If you are interested in purchasing insurance, please feel free to contact us directly or make a note in the comments line of your online reservation that you would like Hotel Insurance. Our Hotel Cancellation Insurance includes coverage for: Injury or illness of the guest travelling to stay at The Alpine House. Death in the family of the guest staying at The Alpine House. Airline delays or cancellations due to weather or nature related circumstances. Other weather related delays including fires, hurricanes, flooding and earthquakes. Military deployment.
Our Hotel Cancellation Insurance does not include coverage for: Change of plans due to any reason not covered above. Death of the family pet. Acts of war, Terrorism or Government unrest.
