Policies

General

All rates are based on double occupancy.
For each additional person in the room, please add $25.
Room Rates include breakfast.
Cottage Rates do not include breakfast.
All rooms are non-smoking, we are a 100% non-smoking establishment.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
Pets are not allowed at the inn.
Pets are allowed at the Cottages.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit: For lodging/package bookings a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
Final Balance: The final balance of the total cost of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise.

Cancellations:

If a cancellation is made greater than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, and the entire lodging bill will be forfeited.

Hotel Cancellation Insurance

Due to our strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect you should an emergency arise.
