General

All rates are based on double occupancy.
For each additional person in the room, please add $25.
Room Rates include breakfast.
Cottage Rates do not include breakfast.
All rooms are non-smoking, we are a 100% non-smoking establishment.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
Pets are not allowed at the inn.
Pets are allowed at the Cottages.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a 50% deposit or, one night lodging at the time of the reservation, whichever is greater. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled greater than 14 days prior to arrival will have their deposit refunded, minus a $35 cancellation fee. There is also a $35 cancellation fee for dropped room nights. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable in full.

Off-Season Cancellation Policy

October 2014 | September 2015
The spring and fall seasons listed above are our off-seasons. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be non-refundable. All cancellations will be charged a $35 handling fee.

Hotel Cancellation Insurance

Due to our strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect you should an emergency arise.
