Each morning, our chef will prepare a delicious entrée using the finest local ingredients. Wake up to our signature eggs benedict, lemon-ricotta blueberry pancakes, smoked salmon omelets, or buttermilk waffles topped with fresh strawberries and Vermont maple syrup. We also serve home-made granola, home-baked pastries and muffins, artisan breads and fresh fruit.
